FIFA 15 introduced truly amazing Visual and emotional aspects of football. Players will be able to feel everything through responsive player control, crowd behavior, and the physics of the ball, and the overall simulation will be so convincing that one will literally lose oneself in the game. A central component of the player's gameplay is "emotion and intensity". Player performance gets better when the mood of the player is positive. A player who has just scored a goal is likely to feel happier and more capable, but a missed chance might cause that player to be dejected, and perhaps that could even translate into negative behavior in the next moments. The Ignite engine powers the advanced player intelligence, allowing for more organic runs, natural collisions, and realistic stamina drain. "Agile dribbling" has come back with tighter control, allowing fast turns and intricate foot movements. "Defensive aggression" now includes improved blocking and interception logic.

The "set piece" system is fully customizable with a new "free kick" system that allows for better curves and more powerful shots. "Matchday" is a new addition that connects the in-game world with reality. Real events, player form, and injuries are reflected in teams and chemistry. "Career mode" is another mode where you become the coach, get involved in the players' conversations, negotiate transfers, and develop your academy. "Pro Clubs" is player-driven through performance-based skill development. "Ultimate Team" now features "legends" players, new styles of chemistry, and daily knockout tournaments. "Multiplayer" has been expanded with the release of "co-op seasons" and "friendly seasons."

In "Skill games, " several additional drills will be added for the users' improvement. "Goalkeeper" AI is enhanced; it now provides better defense thanks to positioning and reaction saves. When it comes to the "trainers", they give visual aids and hints in the games for the benefit of newcomers. Lastly, "authentic stadium atmosphere" brings life to the pitch with crowds, the state of the field, and the climate changing dynamically.
